Since beginning his career in 2007, Kenji has contributed to the development, renovation, construction, or management of projects representing more than 105,000 multifamily housing units and commercial properties, totaling over one million square feet of real estate. His experience spans large-scale renovations, ground-up construction support, capital improvement programs, and strategic project execution through direct leadership, subcontractor management, and collaborative development partnerships.
As President of FIRM CRE Construction, Kenji provides executive oversight for commercial and residential construction projects throughout the Southeast, serving clients across the multifamily, hospitality, government, healthcare, education, retail, and commercial sectors. Under his leadership, the company has become known for delivering projects with integrity, accountability, and exceptional craftsmanship.
In addition to leading FIRM CRE Construction, Kenji works alongside the executive leadership of Leasing Angels, where he oversees the company’s construction and renovation initiatives, supporting housing providers through property improvements, capital projects, and value-added construction services.
Kenji is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community partners while creating developments that strengthen neighborhoods and generate long-term economic impact.
